Life Time Fitness to Host Second Quarter 2015 Operating Performance and Financial Results Call for Bond Holders and Term Loan Lenders

Life Time Fitness, Inc., The Healthy Way of Life Company, announced that it will host a call for bond holders and term loan lenders on Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. ET to highlight its second quarter 2015 operating performance and financial results. The Company will post its second quarter 2015 financial statements and MD&A to its secure bond holder and lender portals on Friday, August 28, 2015.

Life Time does not make its financial information available to the public. Access to the call is restricted to holders of the Senior Secured Notes issued by Life Time, qualified prospective investors in the Notes, certain securities analysts and term loan lenders. Information for the call will be posted to the secure bond holder and lender portals.
