Life Time Fitness Announces Date for Release of First Quarter 2014 Financial Results and Annual Meeting of Shareholders

CHANHASSEN, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Life Time – The Healthy Way of Life Companysm (NYSE:LTM), today announced that its first quarter 2014 financial results announcement and annual meeting of shareholders will occur on Thursday, April 24, 2014.

First Quarter 2014 Financial Results – 10:00 a.m. ET
A conference call will be hosted by Bahram Akradi, chairman, president and chief executive officer, Eric Buss, executive vice president and interim chief financial officer, and John Heller, vice president of finance and investor relations. The call will be webcast live and may be accessed via the Company's Investor Relations section of its website at lifetimefitness.com. A replay of the call will be available beginning at approximately 2:00 p.m. ET on April 24, 2014.

Annual Meeting of Shareholders – Noon ET
The meeting will occur at the Company’s headquarters, located at 2902 Corporate Place in Chanhassen, Minnesota. The meeting also will be webcast and may be accessed live via the Company’s Investor Relations section of its website at lifetimefitness.com. A replay of the meeting will be available beginning at approximately 5:00 p.m. ET on April 24, 2014.
